Common Room is a Chrome extension built by Corkscrew Games LLC. We believe your personal space should stay personal. This policy explains exactly what we collect, what we don't, and how your data is handled.

What We Collect

Email address — used for account login and billing
Display name — shown in your room (optional)
Uploaded images — squad photos, inspiration, gallery items you add to your room
Room configuration — your layout, theme selection, links, mission items, and mascot settings

What We Do NOT Collect

    Browsing history — we never see or record what sites you visit
Cookies from other sites — we don't read or store third-party cookies
Passwords — we never have access to your passwords
Keystrokes or form data — we don't monitor what you type anywhere

  

Data Storage

Your account data is stored on Supabase, hosted in the United States. Your uploaded images are stored in encrypted cloud storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the extension settings. When you delete your account, all of your data — including uploaded images, room configuration, and account information — is permanently removed from our servers.

Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We don't share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Your room is yours alone.

Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles your payment information directly — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll notify you through the extension or by email. Continued use of Common Room after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
